Changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the airline’s fare rules.
Lovely Air Travels acts only as an intermediary between the airline and the customer.
Service charges and airline cancellation charges may apply.

3. Visa Assistance

Package prices may vary based on availability and seasonal changes.
Hotels and tours are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Any unused services during the trip are non-refundable.
Customers must follow the itinerary and timing provided.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Flight tickets: As per airline rules.
Visa services: Non-refundable once processed.
Holiday packages: Cancellation charges may apply depending on the date of cancellation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–21 working days depending on airlines or suppliers.
6. Travel Documents
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents including:

Government ID
Vaccination certificates (if required)
Lovely Air Travels shall not be responsible if a passenger is denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.
7. Travel Insurance
